Double Happiness!

So. There are a few things that make me happy these days. Some of them were too random that I forgot what they were and why they made me happy, but I was and am happy anyway.

So. About two days ago, after we have ICT class, Ms.Heny came to Jo, Yoseph and I and told us to stay at the class for a while. I thought we were scolded from something I didn't really know, so my heart skipped a beat. But then, she told us that Ms.Joice had prepared something for us as a wage from teaching English for kindergarten kids all this while. We were overwhelmed, but then Ms.Heny said that the amount was not much, but the most important thing was we got this from what we had done. So, at first, Jo and I didn't put our hopes too high.

So, the four of us entered a class with Ms.Joice where there were a lot of kids studying there. I was so shocked by how responsive the kids were; they waved their hands, they cheered, they called out, "Cece! Koko!" I thought they forgot us. I almost shed tears.

So, we stood in front of the class and some of the kids shook hands with us and thanked us and gave us the envelope. Then we took pictures and pictures. I was so happy. When we got outside, I was shocked again; the money was a lot more than Jo and I predicted! So we where happy. I even somersaulted through the hall.

So anyway, I don't really know the reason why I use a lot of 'So's in this post, but I just want you all to know that I am happy. Because when things that I don't expect to happen eventually happens, and they make me happy, it makes me wonder; life is always surprising, it won't let you feel low and down all the time.
So, have a good day!

Libur Hari Pertama..

Sialnya, pagi ini disuruh bangun jam setengah 7 (which is biasanya ya kalau mau sekolah bangun jam segitu) buat siapin bekal adik-adik.
Udah selesai dibaca tadi siang.
                     3. Then There Were None (Sepuluh Anak Negro) - Agatha Christie: Bukunya Agatha Christie konon kata banyak orang, yang terseram. Jadi penasaran..
                     4. Remember When - Winna Efendi: an Indonesian teen-lit. To be honest, I don't read Indonesian teen-lit anymore since grade 9, because they all seem to cheesy to me. I only read teen-lit if they are written by my favorite authors, and Winna Efendi is one of my faves.

Oh, how I love bookstores!

Kemungkinan bakal remidi tambah tinggi.. *headdesk*

Tapi ada satu hal yang bikin seneng, nilai Matematikaku, meski ngepas banget, tetep aja ga remidi! Yay!

Setelah Fisika, dilanjut ICT. Kita mengerjakan soal yang diberikan Ms.Heny tentang macro. Jujur, cara masukkinnya udah lupa! Akhirnya inget-inget sedikit sambil ngerjain, tapi tetep aja, nilainya jadi kecil..

I love idioms!

Today, April 15th 2011

This day started with a new feeling. This is my first day of me wearing my new glasses, so it felt funny. Almost everything felt blurry before, but now my vision is getting clear. I know it sounds strange but it feels like now I see everything differently. (I know this is lebay but hence it's the truth LOL)

We had Physical Education at first. Some of us played basketball while the others played badminton. Most of the girls were just chatting because we didn't have enough racket, and the basketball yard were full of cars that we were afraid we would hit them incidentally (okay I know they are just excuses for us to not do anything LOL).

After the break, we had Religion class with Ms.Yohana. We read the Bible most of the time and wrote down some verses. We were also asked to make a list of the differences and similarities between us and people around us.

Ms.Heny came right after the Religion class was over. She handed out our report card then told us about our grades. I found my grades were rapidly decreasing and that left me disappointed and sad. I have to try harder than anybody else, or else my report card will be on fire and my parents will kill me. (It means my DVDs and books will be on seizure forever)

We had lunch and then chapel. The chapel was a little bit boring, I yawned at countless times. After chapel, the class was over, and I had almost nothing to do that I was just wandering around my school building over and over again..
Then I decided to help the Biology Club to make ethanol from banana and beet. They didn't let me do anything because they were afraid I might break something, so I just sit with them and talked. I then helped Diasti cleaning the spoons but I ended up breaking the beaker. So I ended up helping nothing and 'fulfilled' what they feared the most--that I actually would break something.
